Actually if you put a file call initial_data.json in your project root directory with the following : [{
"pk": 1,
"model": "sites.site",
"fields": {
"name": "localhost:8080",
"domain":"localhost:8080"
}
}]

and you do python manage.py syncdb.It will change example.com to localhost:8080
